Chocolate & Wine Pairing at the Glen Cove Mansion
Part of their Winter Getaway package. A pre Valentines Day chocolate and wine pairing featuring chocolates with dried berries and candied violets. Also chocolates from Australia and England added complex flavor profiles that enhanced the wines that they were paired with.
Chocolate, Wine & Sunset at Danfords Hotel & Marina
A recent summer evening I hosted a chocolate & wine pairing for 65 special corporate guests to showcase their new ownership and renovation of this historic hotel. It was a wonderful evening that ended with a sunset over the harbor.
Chocolate & Wine Pairing at the Waldorf Astoria
A Financial Advisor invited 20 of his loyal clients that just happen to be gals that love chocolate and wine. The event took place in the Gen. MacArthur suite on the 32rd floor. After the event, we were escorted to the rooftop for a tour of the garden and honey beehives. The Waldorf grows their own veggies, herbs and the honey is used in the recipes, cocktails and in the spa. Sustainable just like the chocolate! The gals had a night they will never forget and it showed the generosity and caring of the host.
Chocolate & Wine Pairing at Historic Oheka Castle
I presented a chocolate and wine pairing for Life Planning Group. The financial advisor’s guest enjoyed this special event in the Charlie Chaplin room at the historic Oheka Castle in Huntington. This will be an evening that they will not forget and that reflects on their host.
Rare650 is a perfect venue for Chocolate & Wine Pairings
Several occasions Exotic Chocolate Tasting hosted chocolate and wine pairings here. A bright and elegant room at Rare650 sets the stage.
Chocolate & Wine Pairing at Morton’s Grille & Zio NYC
Our guests were entertained and enlightened by the chocolate and wine pairings. None had experienced this decedent combination before and now hooked! “I had a wonderful time learning about chocolates last night. I have always fancied myself as someone who appreciates quality chocolates, but your event educated me further in distinguishing the origins of cocoa beans and that I should be paying more attention to the country of origin (which means “No” to any cocoa from West Africa).” – a happy guest
Outdoors in New York’s Wine country
I’ve worked with most of the fine wine makers on Long Island’s North and South Fork wineries. If you would like a chocolate and wine paring event there, I can make those arrangements.
Reception for a business social
When a sit down guided chocolate and wine pairing does not fit your agenda, Roxanne can create a less formal approach.
Holiday Celebrations are festive with chocolate and wine
Public and private events for the holidays are a festive way to gather friends, family and co-workers. Annually at Old Westbury Gardens a sold out chocolate and wine pairing takes place in the mansion. Beginning with a self-guided tour and ending on a sweet note, this festive evening ushers in the holiday season.
Conference Rooms Transformed, Perfect for Women’s Initiative groups
Prestigious NYC law and accounting firms know how to treat their people right. The hardworking partners, staff and associates are treated to a night of fine dining, or a buffet and ending with a chocolate and wine pairing experience in their transformed conference rooms. Perfect for Women’s Initiative groups.
Consulting on the Side
Sometimes Roxanne is asked for her chocolate expertise to share. Pepperidge Farm wanted to end their seminar for the flavor scientists, marketing teams, and product development folks with a new way to approach flavor – a chocolate and wine pairing. Entertaining and educational way to get the creative juices flowing.
